Training in a social environment is the best way to do it! A workout with some laughs and a bit of friendly competition always puts a big smile on my face and pushes me a little further than I would be able to if I were training solo.
Here is a couple of new tricks Alena showed me at a relaxed afternoon session down at Bondi Beach last Sunday. She is a bodyweight and plyometric legend and all round nice girl!
